**Based at: Civic Office (Locality based), Doncaster**

**Salary details: Grade 8, £32,662 - £ 36,239 pro rota**

The Early Intervention and Prevention Team are looking to recruit a permanent 16 hour, Early Help Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and knowledge and help embed the Early Help Strategy across Doncaster.

As an Early Help Co-ordinator you will work across the Partnership to support settings and schools with the early help offer, assisting with completion of Early Help Assessments, supporting at Team Around the Family meetings, role modelling good practice and delivering training to Lead Professionals.
