**Recruitment Administrator for large National Account**

Reports to Client Services Manager /Director in our Service delivery team

Hybrid role - Home based but will need to work in Luton offices once a week

Mon to Friday

40 hours per week

Salary £20 to 24k

**About the opportunity**

This is great opportunity for someone who has at least 6 months administration experience and is looking for a job that will develop them. Ideally you will have worked in a customer service environment, dealing with people and want to find a company thatvalues you. You will take great pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team.

This role is working for one of our largest national accounts. It's an extremely busy account in which you will be expected to meet the needs of the client, keeping all the recruitment systems up to date with accurate information. You will be part of ourService Delivery team who are the largest team at Tate with over 30 staff. This award-winning team work very closely together to ensure the client get the best service possible.

**The role - some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include**

Working for a large key client you will be part of their recruitment team:

- Schedule and arrange all interviews within agreed timeframes throughout the recruitment life cycle for the client. Supporting the client in the recruitment process, ensuring internal client policy is followed in all interview practices.
- Coordinate and produce all documentation for individual client groups around interviews as well as assessment data.
- Working with the account team to build great relationships with the customers and really understanding what they need and acting on this - phone and site visits
- Report production, support and produce reports as and when required, including but not limited to, interview scheduling pipeline reports and ensuring they are up to date daily
- Follow all guidelines for our client, including HR policy as well as Data protection and IT systems usage.
- Ensure all admin processes meet the clients criteria and all information is updated daily

**About you**
- Some administration experience and enjoys dealing with people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ideally worked in a customer service environment
- Ability to work accurately, quickly under pressure working to deadlines every day
- Ability to work with all client groups, in a demanding and fast paced environment
- You will need to work independently and with a team, tailor communication styles and work patterns to meet an ever-changing environment
- You will need a strong understanding of IT systems, Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Previous use of an applicant tracking system advantageous
- You will have a collaborative and supportive nature, always confident in finding solutions and resolutions
- You will have a great sense of humour and take everything in your stride
- You will need to be comfortable working remotely but will be working as part of a team with support and training from experienced staff and meet with your team regularly in Luton
