**Job Title**:Multi Trade Operative**

**Location**: Basingstoke office location but based on Site around Portsmouth, Reading, Newbury & Oxford areas

You will work on routine and maintenance repairs in both void and occupied properties, meaning your days will be varied and interesting. The works will include but not be limited to Bathroom and Kitchen refits in tenanted properties.

You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

**An outline of your responsibilities and experience***
- Experienced Multi Trade to carry out routine maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties
- Working in both occupied and void properties
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

**About You**

The successful **Multi Trade Operative** will ideally possess a plumbing & joinery qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
