**Overview of Role**
Our Architecture and Planning division is looking for an Administrator to work for us on a part-time basis, from our Lincoln office. This is a diverse role which will suit a highly organised person with a proven administrative background, good interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. The role will span over 5 days a week, totalling 25 hours.
**Responsibilities**
- Management of project spreadsheets covering live jobs, project progress and associated financial administration.
- As required research of local authority planning policy and report perinate matters back to the team.
- Project File management and project administration.
- Draft and edit PowerPoint presentations for the team's external and internal use.
- Document management - preparing reports, formatting and proofreading, including letters, reports and similar.
- Taking external enquiries - new instructions, client queries, invoice queries.
- Invoicing and financial admin
- Organising office and client meetings
- Occasional minute taking
- Diary management for the Architecture & Planning team
**Requirements**:
- Experience working in a professional office environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of, or an interest in Town and Country planning, or property (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, and Word
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel
- Experience in using Adobe Pro
Salary - £25,000 FTE.
Ideal working hours would be 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Other working hours could be considered however working hours need to be over 5 days per week.

**Salary**: £16,666.00 per year
