**Exciting Opportunity: Part Time/Full Time Sales Advisor**

Join our vibrant school uniform retail store in Walthamstow, E17, just a stone's throw away from the Victoria Line. We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Advisor and play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding customer service, contributing to the store's success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage proactively with customers, understanding their needs, and providing assistance in selecting the perfect fit school uniforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Create an organised and visually appealing store atmosphere.
- Know about our products so you can give customers helpful information and suggestions.
- Assist with administration duties

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Previous retail experience with a solid grasp of sales principles.
- Proven ability to take initiative, working independently with mínimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational expertise.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and some Saturdays.

**Special Requirement**

**The following commitment is essential—applicants must be available to work throughout our peak periods of July, August, and September and refrain from taking any time off during these months.**
