**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Timely and Accurate Deliveries**: Ensure the prompt delivery of products within the agreed timeframe, aiming for a target of two hours from invoice.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Keep your delivery vehicle in top condition, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness, performing regular checks and documenting them.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as a key point of contact between HGV Direct and our customers, collecting feedback, managing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Support Branch Operations**: Assist with daily tasks at the branch as directed by the Branch Manager, including distributing marketing materials and aiding the Account Manager with Impress stocks.
- **Adherence to HSE Standards**: Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, ensuring all processes align with company policy and HSE guidelines.
- **Efficient Routing**: Use the most efficient routes to carry out deliveries and collections, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in ongoing company training to stay up-to-date with best practices and product knowledge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours per week, with alternate Saturday mornings

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
