**Technical Support Engineer -(Water Industry) - Northern UK**

**Job Description**:

- To provide both in the field and remote support to customers relating to online instrumentation supplied by PMA
- To troubleshoot/maintain/service/calibrate and commission PMA instruments on site Provide reports to technical support enquiries
- To feedback potential business to PMA management, i.e. additional equipment at site, potential new instruments that are required, replacement/upgrade equipment that is required.
- To keep clear precise records of work performed and instrument condition and update the PMA CRM system accordingly Provide training to customers relating to the general operation and maintenance of their instrumentation.
- To advise on installation work as and when required.
- To comply with all H&S requirements of both PMA and the customer

Essential Qualifications/Experience
- A desire to ensure the customer is satisfied with the online instrumentation they have on site
- Full (preferably clean) driving license Travel will be required.
- Very occasionally this will be internationally (for supplier training).

Desirable Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in the water industry
- Data analysis and report writing in Microsoft Office (excel and word primarily) Relevant experience of supporting, maintaining and calibrating online instrumentation Ideally located in the Midlands, North west or North east of England. The areas of workwill be mainly in the North of England and Northern Ireland.
