Biosite Security Limited specialises in Construction Site Security and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic daytime CPCS Traffic Marshal to join our dynamic team.

This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career within the construction industry and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive site/company.

Based on site with our end customer, you will work closely with all areas of their company and ours, to secure the site and assist with the site team in ensuring overall site security is maintained. You will be helping the team at Biosite Security to achieve agreed targets and service level agreements. This exciting position offers the opportunity to progress into a bigger role such as joining our management team through our EPS.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely ensuring traffic into and out of site
- Completing check calls or book on/off calls with the control room team
- Lock and unlock at the start and end of the day
- Ensuring appropriate recording of deliveries/vehicles and conducting any FORS/CLOCS checks where required
- Ensuring site H&S rules are followed, and reporting any safety breaches to the site team
- Communicating with drivers and plant operators verbally and by radio and/or industry standard hand signals

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years traffic marshal experience in a similar company or construction site
- Excellent personal management skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- A Valid CPCS card or affiliate scheme (Must be an A73)
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of public safety and security
- Should be able to reliably commute to the site.

**Remuneration & Selection**

Biosite Security has a great employee progression scheme which has seen several members of our site team be offered positions within management or the control room team. We initially offer the hourly rate of £14.00 (dependant on experience and suitability) for this position with a review after six months service.
