**Marketing Assistant**

We operate an agile working policy so you'll spend 50% of your week working from home and the rest based out of our Burton on Trent office working collaboratively.

**Job Purpose**

**Key Accountabilities**

Administration Duties -- To manage key administrative functions across the marketing team in a timely and efficient manner
- Support with all the segments day to day budget management that includes purchase orders, maintaining budget trackers and supporting the Head of Commercial in preparation for budget reviews on a periodic basis
- To manage the marketing activity and communication enquiries into the brand from internal and external stakeholders including our customers in an effective and efficient manner. Working with the PQS system and other support team functions
- For key marketing team meetings, ensure effective meeting minutes are taken that include communication and actions for stakeholders to adhere to and then ensure the cascade of information to all business areas is efficient and covers all key detail thatis required
- Support diary management for key team activities and meetings
- Support the team with key travel arrangements where necessary and if required

**Brand Support**
- Support the team with marketing and events projects. Working with all segments at the launch of key events such as brand launches, new menu go live events, key campaign events and general adhoc divisional projects.
- Help to collate and chase content from other support teams for the Seasonal Planning Meeting and Brand Review days, pull together into one PowerPoint/document for the teams to work on
- Collate and send any urgent comms to Ops comms for cascade to the Ops teams when necessary
- Collate content for the weekly Lowdown from the segments to be included in the weekly newsletter to Ops
- Work with the Marketing Managers and Execs to collate the information for Area Meetings and distribute the finalised packs to Ops Comms for cascade
- Work with internal and external colleagues such as creative agencies, print agencies, PR, Digital and support teams to develop supporting projects in line with marketing teams objectives. You will need to work with these teams to manage and monitor timingseffectively and ensure key deadlines are communicated and that projects are executed to plan as required
- Act as an ambassador for the division, understanding our key goals and vision
