**HR Systems Support Coordinator - Fixed term contract**
A public sector company are looking to hire a HR Systems Support Coordinator to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be working from home with some requirement to come into their offices based in Milton Keynes.
You will maintain HR systems through regular business activities, delivering and supporting system enhancements and change activity, whilst ensuring all process and procedural documentation is aligned.
**You will be responsible for the following;**
- Analysing and rectifying system faults to provide long term solutions, by root cause analysis.
- Update and maintenance of foundation data objects within the HR system.
- Identify and support continuous improvement activities.
- Work alongside IT and Support Partner to resolve issues identified on HR systems.
- Carry out data correction activities, including mass uploads.
**Key skills & experience required**:
- Strong understanding of how HR database systems work and experience supporting these systems. Competent with Microsoft packages especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Use of workflow management (experience working within or awareness of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Ask HR is desired).
- Understanding of HR process, procedures and legislation
- Experience in executing and evaluating system upgrades
- Proven experience in training others.
