We are currently recruiting in the Brechin area now. We are looking for people who want to make a real difference and put a smile on the face of the people we support. We offer free training and opportunity to obtain SVQ 2 / 3, free PVG and refund of SSSC Registration cost. We offer support over the first six months of your post to ensure you feel confident and skilled to deliver real quality care in the community. Our starting rates are from £12 per hour (depending on location) weekdays and £13 per hour weekends. We pay enhanced rates over Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays. We have both, part and full-time contracts available depending on your availability. Our shifts tend to start around 7am and finish 2pm, or 4pm and finish around 10pm. We also do overnight care where we tend to work around whatever the individual client has requested or sit services that can be at any time throughout the day again depending on the individual needs of our clients.

We have a variety of urban and rural positions available, with varying work schedules. We are looking for full time staff who can work five early shifts and two late shifts per week, or five late shifts and two early shifts with every second weekend off. Part time / flexible hours are negotiable, depending on your availability and our clients needs.

What is important to us is that you are committed and keen to make a difference. We offer support to ensure you are confident by the time you are out delivering care on your own. Yes, it is lovely to take on people who are experienced and competent but sometimes we find that new untrained staff do just as well by being supported through our free training process and when out delivering care.
