Job Overview:
Wednesdays and Fridays, early morning preferably 7am-9am, 2 hours per day. Additional 1 hour per day currently required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings. This is an important role that contributes to the overall safety and well-being of our clients and customers.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and waiting areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients/customers
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment/products
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals
- Ability to follow instructions and work in accordance with established guidelines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or tasks as needed
