**Job Overview**
We are actively seeking a flexible shift leader to cover both day and evening shifts at our fast-paced Taxi office.

The position is a permanent role of around 25-35 hours per week, with the potential for more hours, when cover is required. We are looking for the right person to join our team, that is able to commit to a minimum of 3 or 4 shifts per week.

We are a 24/7 business and run 365 days per year so flexibility is required. Most shifts will be evening shifts from around 4pm or weekend days. Training will be available during the daytime or evenings. However flexibility to cover day shifts and staff holidays is required.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking telephone calls from customers.
- Data input into our computer systems.
- Taking immediate and advanced bookings.
- General office duties.

**Skills Required**:

- It is essential that you can type quickly.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear telephone voice.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner.
- An awareness of confidential issues.
- Good time-keeping and reliability.
- Positive attitude to work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the Falkirk District and surrounding areas.
