**Knowledge Management Specialist**

The Knowledge Management Specialist role will develop the knowledge management (KM) practices and systems for the business to ensure that existing and new knowledge is captured, stored and made accessible to enable effective and efficient business operations.

**About the opportunity**
You will work with business areas / projects to drive the importance, alignment and cultural change to treat knowledge as a business-wide asset. This role sits within the Transformation team and will provide expertise and support across the global functions of the No7Beauty Company and WBA Sourcing.
- Create the framework for building an effective Knowledge management system using innovative approaches
- Lead the thinking on and implement best practice and governance around the use of KM tools such as IT systems, Communities of Practice etc
- Deploy KM tools and processes into the business and embed through coaching and training
- Assess the impact of knowledge management systems/tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the organization
- Design and deliver learning materials for KM education that is suitable for a global audience across multiple functions

**About you**:

- Excellent communication and influencing skills enabling the effective building of relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, at all levels within the organisation
- Collaborative working style while able to hold others to account to deliver on commitments
- Analytical with an attention to detail
- Good planning skills which are followed through to delivery
- Able to break down and communicate complex ideas to facilitate learning
- Confident in using Office 365 tools e.g. Teams, SharePoint and ability to quickly adapt to, and learn, new technologies
- Have a passion for continuous improvement and proactively seek to make the overall support process the best it can be
- Experience of working in knowledge management, training management or document management previously would be an advantage
