Buck's Bar St Andrew's are on the look out for a part-time and full time floor staff to come join our team.

In this role you will be delivering first class customer service with the rest of the floor team. We operate a casual dining experience for our valued customers so we ask you to be yourself and interact with the customers and your team mates while on shift.

**Summary**

As a Floor Staff member, you will be integral to delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Floor Manager, your core skills in serving and hospitality will be essential in providing excellent customer service. You will also utilize your premium skills in catering and relevant and safety to maintain high standards in food handling. **Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring high standards of hospitality.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support catering events as needed, ensuring all guest needs are met.
