You’ll work hard but you’ll have fun too. **The Role & Responsibilities** We are looking for Treasury Analyst - Collateral Management to play a key role in supporting the development of the Bank’s collateral pools to enhance and sustain their suitability for use in the Bank’s wholesale funding schemes including its Bank of Englandfacilities (TFS ME and Discount Window Facility); securitisation programmes and secured funding programmes. - Prepare portfolio data tapes for the Bank of England funding schemes. - Extract and verify loan pool data for securitisation reporting (BoE and ESMA templates) - Liaise with external IPA and reporting agent to ensure accuracy on information supplied to external investors - Automate procedures and the production of loan pool tapes for reporting. - Prepare presentation and ad hoc slides for ALCo meetings - Evaluate net loan portfolios for their suitability Structured & Wholesale Term Funding - Prepare data in the required format for transactions following specific template definitions (BoE and ESMA) - Become the go to person for BoE and ESMA template. - Support the banks and rating agency process with data requirements - Work with internal and external stakeholders and advisors including investment banks; lawyers, auditors, as well as internal Finance, Risk, IT, Operations and Business Area involvement. - Support the Legal and Audit due diligence for the various assets encumbered with Bank of England funding schemes. **The Person** - Professional finance qualification Experience - Strong SQL and Power BI knowledge - Accuracy and strong attention to detail - Establish record keeping and detailed documentation procedures - Ability to prioritise and manage own workload - Excellent numerate analytical skills - Strong understanding of the principals of risk management and compliance - Proactive approach, enthusiastic "can do" attitude - Resilience and ability to work under pressure - Good planning and organisational skills - Establishes effective working relationships - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritise and manage own workload - Working in partnership to achieve goals - Demonstrating excellence, openness, and transparency - Act with integrity, care, and diligence - Undertake appropriate activities to maintain competence for the role - Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
