**CUSTOMER STRATEGY MANAGER - COLLECTIONS**

**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**

This role would see you working across a range of strategy for their customers, including work on:

- Developing and building out their collections functions from scratch
- Using analytics and broader data analysis to develop strategies for existing customers
- Work on existing strategies to optimise and improve these
- Work and communicate closely with senior members and other teams within the business
- Help to drive business performance and define the future work of the company

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work across multiple projects
- Prior work across risk strategy or consumer lending, ideally in collections
- Strong SQL skills
- Ideal to have used Python
- Ideal to have prior experience in a FinTech environment

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
- Up to £80,000 base salary
