**What you will be doing**

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support peoplelead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of you; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 7.5hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.

**Where you will be working**

Location: School House, School Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey TW16 6RB

**What you will get**

You will be working at School House, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
- Hourly rate of £10.98 (including 12.07% holiday allowance uplift)

- In order to qualify for the welcome bonus you must work a minimum of 5 shifts per month, for your first 2 months at school House (a minimum of 10 shifts in total over the 2 month period)_
