- Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) varying start times depending on business needs

We are seeking a Warehouse Office Assistant to provide administration and office support to our busy operations. This is a busy role which will require you to be self-motivated.

As a Warehouse Office/Admin Assistant, you will be working alongside the Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders assisting with the handling, storage and despatch of all raw materials and finished goods across the business. You will also be expected to use internal systems once trained to create orders, despatch notes & manufacturing orders.
**Duties**:

- Create next day orders via WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Create receive paperwork/pallet labels for in-bound stock
- Despatching orders via WMS
- Generate stock takes
- Preparation of KPI data
- General administration and filing
- Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Achieve targets and job standards as set out
- Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned
**Skills**:

- Well organised and a good communicator
- Excellent IT skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Good numeracy and written skills
- Confident working in a team and independently
- Ability to remain calm and produce accurate work when under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Have a strong work ethic conveying confidence and passion in delivering high quality service
- Being committed to safety, quality and productivity
- Achieving a high standard of punctuality and attendance
- Following company production rules
- Adhering to health and safety rules and promote a safe working environment
- Previous Warehouse experience an advantage
- Forklift license desirable but not essential
