An exciting position has arisen for an experienced **Engineer and Delivery Driver **who is not only interested in learning about mobility products and equipment by carrying out engineering tasks but would also enjoy making sure all our deliveries reach our customers and stores within the specified time in the Lincoln and Newark-on-Trent area. Each day will be varied and interesting, covering two key aspects of our business.

In our Lincoln Engineering Workshop, you will complete high quality control checks on a range of equipment (mobility scooters, wheelchairs and powerchairs etc) checking for and repairing faults due to part failure or repairing damaged items. You will also learn about our products and offer excellent customer service to our customers and will also assist the store staff with deliveries and demonstrations. If you are flexible, adaptable to meeting the requirements of the business which can change daily and have technical competence in the engineering field, then please get in touch with us.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Supporting stores with all deliveries and demonstrations
- Checking, repairing and servicing products in the workshop
- Completing all relevant paperwork electronically, using our mobile and PC apps
- Maintaining all tools, spares and equipment within a safe working condition
- Keeping the work area in a clean and tidy condition

**Skills and Experience**:

- Computer literate with keyboards skills and experience of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Methodical with a practical approach to work
- Motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
- A good communicator - written and spoken
- Good customer service skills

**A full driving licence is essential for this role** and a DBS disclosure will be required (for which Ableworld will meet the cost)
