Cafe Assistant

Pompey Health & Fitness located at Portsmouth FC training ground is operated by Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs on behalf of Portsmouth Football Club. Mosaic is one of the leading spa and leisure management companies specialising in the management of Health Clubs and Day Spas. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and fun environment for our members and guests.

We are looking for a Barista / weekend assistant in our Club Lounge to help us give our members and guests the best customer journey possible. The role will primarily be weekends, but occasional cover on weekdays may also be needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm and friendly environment for all customers.
- Serve guests and members, hot beverages, cold drinks and snacks.
- Be able to use a computer and POS system.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job.

Schedule:

- Weekends (daytime shift)
- Cover on week days on occasions

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
