**Sales Manager | Preston City Centre | 9am-5pm Monday to Friday | £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus commission**

**The Role**
- Supporting the team to succeed through effective leadership
- To lead, manage and motivate the team in a professional manner to ensure sales targets are met consistently
- Formulate, implement and execute sales and retention strategy
- Monitoring the performance of your team
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
- Coach and mentor the team to develop their performance
- To problem-solve and take action to resolve fundamental issues such as a slow sales day and planning skills to avoid problems recurring unnecessarily
- Highlighting issues and feeding back to continuously improve service

**What We Are Looking For**
- 3 years’ experience managing a sales team and delivering high performance
- People management experience with the ability to motivate others
- Experience within the recruitment sector would be beneficial however this is not essential
- Drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to multi-task
- Proactive and able to analyse data and draw conclusions
- Great attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
