Seed Production Transport Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Transport Coordinator for our busy Lincoln site to provide a first class delivery service to our customers in the Agriculture sector.
The Seed Production Transport Coordinator will have a proven track record working in a busy Logistics/ Transport role and will be excited at the prospect of working for a leading agriculture business, in a site with a very high staff-retention rate.
- Transport supervisory experience and good geographic knowledge.
- Collaborate with Seed Production Teams to ensure timely delivery and completion of tasks
- Assist in various seed production providing support where required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and business systems.
- Exceptional customer service - delivery on time whilst tailoring resource and optimising routes.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Organised, efficient and be able to meet targets during fluctuating demands.
- Excellent time management and able to prioritise tasks.
- Proven experience in coordinating transportation activities, preferably in the seed production industry or agriculture industry (Not essential).
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and permits.
- Problem solving and decision making abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
