Based in Coundon, Nr Bishop Auckland, LPC Components is a UK manufacturing company with roots dating back to 1928 and a highly prestigious client base. Our focus is on growth and continuous improvement.

We have a full time, permanent role within our Production team, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

We are looking for a hands-on individual with experience in a manufacturing/production environment. They will be a team player, with good time-keeping & attendance, a strong work ethic, able to follow instructions and work under pressure. Crucially they must have the ability to perform engineering operations as this is a very hands on role.

This is a well established Company that is experiencing significant growth. We want someone who will join the team and grow with us. We require a multi skilled engineer who displays all of the below qualities.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Experience within an electrical component manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in sheet metal operations such as cutting, folding, welding.
- Experience in wire winding & electrical wiring.
- HND in electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.

**Quality & Efficiency**:

- Meet the company targets for quality, productivity & cost.
- Ensure the working environment and equipment is clean and tidy at all times.
- Monitor and report on production generated waste.

**Start date - Nov 2024**

**Hours**:
36 hrs /week

09:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Thur)

09:00 - 13:00 (Fri)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
