Our well-established event staffing agency is offering a newly created position as **Head of Client Partnerships.**

**Aspects of responsibility**:

- Maintain relationships with loyal clients on all matters relevant to them, including planning and managing successful delivery and post-contract requirements.
- Managing a small team through the full end-to-end sales process with a high volume of repeat bookings and organic inquiries.
- Developing new business opportunities, presenting to clients and holding meetings, negotiating commercial contracts, and completing contracts.
- Coordinate with our People Director to ensure timely and successful delivery of our staffing solutions in accordance with customer objectives and post-event analysis.
- Recognize and fill resource gaps in order to maintain competitive standards and promote business growth.
- Maintain branding across all networks and assist in the development of promotional materials for the company.
- The maintenance of a client database.
- To streamline existing operations, and assist with the development of a customized CRM pipeline.
- Responsible for overseeing the accounting department's procedures and actively participating in simple billing, and resolution of customer disputes.

**About You**
- **A minimum of five years' of management and sales experience is required.**:

- A focus on people-centered work and joy in customer service.
- Don't forget the details.
- Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, and event operations is an advantage
- Eye for branding and design.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
- Ability to utilize technology and MS Office products on PC systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Be curious, strive for perfection, and be ambitious

Located in The Adelphi Mill, Flair is a ten-minute commute from Macclesfield and 25 minutes from Stockport. There is ample free parking available, an onsite gym and café, and plenty of scoops for after-work exercise in a rural village setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
