**The Role**

Due to company growth we are looking for an additional Installer/Support Person. This is a customer facing role that will involve travelling throughout the UK, there may in the future be a request to travel overseas on occasion. You will be representing The Wellness Tree Group in this pivotal role, visiting customer’s homes or place of business, primarily installing hyperbaric oxygen chambers for their personal or business use. You will be trained to professionally install our products and educate the customer on how to use them safely. Some knowledge of the health and wellness industry would be advantageous but not essential, as would a background in a customer facing role.

**Reports to**:Managing Director

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Chamber installations and collections
- Customer care and support
- Servicing of Products and equipment
- Building relationships with customers
- Liaising with different departments within the business
- Time management.
- Administration and the recording of information for each install/collection
- Training customers on the use of equipment
- Adhering to health & safety requirements

**Position Pre-requisites**
- Organised, thorough, and self motivated.
- Outgoing and confident, with capability to interact with customers.
- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively as you will be offering training to customers
- Able to comprehend and implement the procedures and working practices of The Company.
- Approachable, smart and acknowledge that the position is an ambassador for The Company
- Some understanding of Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook helpful

**Driving licence essential**

**This job role will involve some overnight stays so the applicant must be prepared to accommodate this. **Whilst this is a Monday to Friday position, due to the nature of this role some flexibility will be required on working hours e.g early starts/late finishes at times.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
