This work would best suit a self-employed house cleaner who is looking for extra jobs. We would start a new cleaner off with 2-3 cleans per week and the amount would increase from there.

We are looking to subcontract regular cleaning jobs to self-employed/limited company cleaners who work in Coventry & surrounding areas. You provide us with your weekly availability and we book you in for jobs. There is no administration required from your side, you simply turn up and complete the jobs and we pay you afterwards.

We have two types of jobs which we give to subcontractors:
1. Our own domestic customers: For each job completed, you would be paid a flat rate of 70% of the total job price depending on the job type. For example, if we charge the customer £200 for a clean, you will be paid £140 for completing this clean. We do not pay an hourly rate, however for reference, the flat rate works out between £14-20 an hour depending on the clean type.

2. Agency jobs: We also get a large amount of work from a rental agency, for these jobs we pay subcontractors £14 per hour.

Subcontractors must have their own transport, provide their own cleaning products and have full public liability insurance.

**Requirements (essential)**:

- At least one year's cleaning experience.
- Be willing to cover jobs accross the whole of Coventry and surrounding areas (All CV postcodes)
- Plenty of availability to take jobs as and when they come in.
- Full public liability insurance.
- Your own vehicle and cleaning equipment/supplies.
- Reviews/recommendations/references.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
