**a PSI Worker** at
**Change Grow Live, **your focus will be on developing and delivering group/pod work programmes. You will work with other programme facilitators and professionals within your project, to design and deliver groups/pods, using evidence based practice, covering the most appropriate issues to your service users.

**Hours**:37.5hrs per week

**Salary**: £26,393.77 - £30,316.74 dependant on experience

**About the role**:

- Provide core psychosocial interventions relevant to drug and alcohol recovery, including 1:1 key work, pod/ group based work, harm minimisation and brief interventions
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments, risk management and planning using whole person and trauma
- informed approaches
- Work in collaboration with prescribing and clinical colleagues to support the delivery of specialist interventions
- Support with onward referral to a range of treatment and community support agencies

**About you**:

- Experience of working with groups/ pods and managing group dynamics such as conflict and challenging behaviour
- Ability to identify the needs of groups
- Knowledge of CBT, REBT, drug and alcohol recovery work
- Experience of Motivational Interviewing and Psycho Social Interventions
- Experience of how to work with challenges associated with substance and alcohol use e.g., cravings and triggers.
