**Area Sales Manager - Midlands (Shrewsbury to Oxford area)**

**Salary: £29,000 to £37,000 commensurate with experience + commission + benefits**

Our client is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of cable management solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and domestic markets. They deliver top-quality cable management systems to a global market. Their expertise is in extrudingPVC with injection-moulding techniques that have been developed and nurtured in-house. They have established a reputation within their markets for being in the vanguard of research and development and recognise and support best practice and deliver the higheststandard of customer service across all areas of their business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Area Sales Manager is a key role within the UK Sales operation, targeted with developing, managing, and growing sales activities and driving profitable sales performance across the allocated region / sales area. They are looking for a motivated, flexible,and passionate individual, ideally with previous experience in the field, or otherwise keen to transfer very similar experiences, skills, and knowledge into a new setting. **This position will be a full-time / permanent role and will ideally suit someone located within the sales area.**
- To develop and drive forward sales plans and objectives for your area
- Build strong and beneficial relationships with key personnel in customers
- To deliver profitable sales performance to target levels
- To provide reports and insight as to opportunities to grow and develop your sales area.
- A good sales track record with demonstrable market knowledge and experience of selling in the electrical or construction marketplace
- relevant and current connections within the key customers
- the drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to underpin success
- current and applicable UK car driving licence
- appropriate IT and business management skills

**They offer**:

- £29,000 to £37,000 commensurate with experience
- Bonus scheme: sales have their own commission scheme.
- Company car, PMI, birthday day off for work given, company pension scheme.
