Associate Supervisor

Requires a Degree plus two to five years of Ecolab customer service, sales, or administrative experience. Advanced knowledge of product or service is required.
Hungary Only: Minimum language requirement: English + 1 or 2 additional European languages.
Independence Level/Reports to:Under general direction. Has authority, within guidelines, to address performance related issues. Monitors the performance of Customer Service Agents, typically 10 - 15, providing feedback. Assigns work, schedules training, and creates and modifies training programs. In the absence of a supervisor, makes decisions and takes appropriate action regarding personnel and call related issues. Normally reports to Customer Service Supervisor or Call Center Supervisor.
