**Role Overview**

With the growing demands of our international sales teams and distributor network, our 2-person Marketing team could benefit from the addition of a tenacious Marketing Assistant to help deal with tasks - including lead-generation activities - to help drive productivity levels in this busy Department. Some tasks you may be working on include:

- Assist in event planning and preparation.
- Review analytics and report them to the Group Marketing Manager.
- Help to create sales flyers and make remedial changes to existing collateral.
- Research events and other promotional activities, formatting them in a proposal for consideration by the Marketing team.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including instruction of print jobs.
- Gather marketing invoices monthly and liaise with the Accounts Department.
- Make changes and edits to Cashmaster’s various website domains.
- Contribute to the generation of ideas for social media and website content.
- Pack and fulfill gift boxes for new business prospects.
- Liaise with global distribution partners to ensure they have the material they need to effectively promote Cashmaster in different Countries.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to generate ideas and contribute to the Marketing strategy.
- Assist with other marketing tasks as and when they come up.

**Requirements**:
**Professional - Essential**
- Holds a relevant business degree such as Marketing.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Interest in technology.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation.
- Good at coordinating tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft packages (Word, Powerpoint, etc).

**Professional - Desirable**
- Proficiency in a second or third language (French, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese).
- Experience with Canva and Adobe packages for design.
