**About you**

You've got a background in consultative sales, the sort of role where customers need to have a chat before they buy. Your experience could be in personal shopping, fashion, jewellery, footwear or similar. You'll be helping customers make decisions on gettingthe perfect fit.

You'll already have Concession Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience and you'll have the commercial know-how that comes with that experience. You'll know how to get your team of supervisors and consultants energised and engaged.
