**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and ensure tables are prepared for incoming guests.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Check in on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service throughout the dining experience.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Assist in training new staff members on front of house procedures and customer service best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
