Due to the continued growth of Orchard Care Homes, we now have an opportunity for 2 Recruitment Advisor’s to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting time to join us We are evolving and working to provide the best possible recruitment support to our homes and we would love to hear from you if you are passionate about Recruitment and want to make a difference.
We are looking for people who have a track record of Recruitment experience ideally in a Care setting. Maybe you have come from a Recruitment Agency background or you have in house experience, what matters is that you are great at what you do and truly care.
If you enjoy getting involved in events, this is a great role. You will plan recruitment events, keep track of them, and support the Recruitment Consultants to attend them. You may also assist at a regional level with the homes.
This role does include some administration and planning so you will need to be strong in planning and organising. You will also need great relationships building and communication skills.
