Our international client requires an experienced Senior Order Management Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for raising quotations, purchase orders, and completing the sales documentation for customers.

This includes liaison with the sales team and their customers and with suppliers for accurate delivery dates and transportation, together with the preparation of monthly reports and schedules.

**Skills**:The position requires an individual who has excellent attention to detail, who is able to communicate effectively at all levels, and is able to work under pressure and to tight timescales.

The role requires the highest level of communication, diligence, and attention to detail.

A pleasant personality and the ability to multitask are also desirable attributes. A good level of IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and previous exposure to SAP would be an advantage, as would the ability to learn and absorb the use ofbespoke software.

This person should be able to cover for their colleagues when they are on leave and take responsibility and accountability for their workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of all needed products from authorized suppliers
- Raising purchase orders and obtaining appropriate authorities
- Liaising with suppliers for accurate delivery dates and transportation of equipment
- Liaising with the Sales teams and Product Managers for technical support and customer delivery requirements
- Checking customer orders and technical specifications
- Invoicing customers and finance houses
- Allocation of sales orders to purchase orders and stock
- Controlling stock levels and highlighting non-moving stock
- Assisting with the production of price books
- Creating customized quotes
- Processing buybacks
- Processing tenders
- Production of monthly statistics and reports
- Overseeing the day to day running of the department as required

**General**:

- Providing general cover for other members of staff if they are away.
- Such other duties may from time to time be allocated.
