Senior UI Designer

**ePOS Hybrid is an exciting tech company disrupting the hospitality technology sector. We're an ambitious SaaS & Fintech company with innovative technologies and we're looking for a passionate individual to supercharge our SaaS team.**

**Delivering a suite of fully connected point of sale products, we’re one of the only providers to offer a full-service point of sale platform - which includes ePOS terminals, self-checkouts, online / contactless & mobile ordering and payment solutions.**

**Our platform helps hospitality providers, including restaurants, takeaways, pubs and bars, modernise their service offering, create new sales channels, automate processes and generate business growth.**

**We're growing rapidly and we are on the lookout for amazing people to join us on our journey as we begin scaling internationally.**

**As part of our growth, we are now looking for Senior UI Designer to build best-in-class digital experience for our customers.**

**You will be responsible for designing user interfaces that not only look beautiful, but enhance the customer experience across all our SaaS products. We want you to be motivated, excited and passionate to get out of bed every morning and join us in being the best company we can be.**

**This is a permanent role that is being offered on a full time basis. Flexible working hours can also be discussed.**

**The salary bracket for this position is £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Day-to-day, you’ll continuously conduct user research, understand and get into the mindset of our customers’ problems and propose and design new online experiences that truly work for them.**
- **Collaboration will be big in this role - working with our SaaS team, you’ll oversee the user experience and design of new features and products from conception until launch.**
- **Like variety? You’ll work on all aspects of our SaaS products that range from websites through to app design.**
- **Everyone mucks in here As a UI/UX Designer you will help define the eCommerce roadmap by researching and proposing new features and ideas to constantly improve conversion and customer retention.**

**What we are looking for**
- **You will have at least 3 years experience in UI/UX design**
- **You will have a Masters degree in UX/UI.**
- **Figma and/or Adobe experience**
- **Skilled in both research and design - you’ll need to have an appreciation of the importance of something that both solves the problem and looks unique**
- **A genuine passion and interest in who we are and what we do We want someone with a can do attitude and willingness to learn at all times.**
- **Personable, happy and able to build and maintain strong working relationships. Teamwork is key here at Epos Hybrid**
- **Team management experience. You will have a junior UX/UI designer working with you**
