Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team in **Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL)**

This will be a **3-month fixed term contract** starting in November to**help during our peak period.

We have the following shifts available: **4on4off /**06:00-18:00 or 10:00-22:00 (40.15 hours average per week)

**Fri-Mon /** 06:00-16:00, 08:00 -18:00, 10:00-20:00 (40 hours per week)

**PART TIME /**Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, Sun-Mon - 06:00-16:00, 08:00-18:00 and 10:00-20:00 (20 hours per week)

**What you will do on a typical day**:

- Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
- Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as picking packing, inbound, outbound and stock control
- Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis
- Adhere to GXO health and safety policies

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
- A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
