What impact will you have in this role?
This role is working within Isover, Isover manufacture environmentally sustainable glass mineral wool insulation for thermal, acoustic and fire safe solutions. We develop sustainable insulation solutions to protect both your built environment and the naturalenvironment. Isover insulation warms and protects 1 in 3 homes in Europe and 1 in 5 in America.

**Requirements**:
In this role you will:
Ensure that all health, safety and environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
Set up the production line and ensure the production line keeps flowing.
Operation of all cold end machinery including basic maintenance in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Support the implementation of WCM across all the areas of the operation, including generation of, and adherence to, SOPs for all plant operations, Support and Involvement in projects.
Basic quality checks, Raw material changeover.

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment preferably in a 24/7 continuous environment
Experience of operating production machinery

Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly
Ability to work generally unsupervised and at times as a lone worker
Essential to be a team player with good communication skills
Ideally experience in operating MHE notably FLT and tele handlers
Hours are 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts working 2 shifts dayshift and 2 shifts nightshift within each 4 day rotation.
