Are you an experienced Duty Manager looking for an exciting new role? We may have the perfect opportunity for you.
We are currently working with a fantastic family-run 3* hotel located South of Gloucestershire/Bristol. This elegant venue offers 46 bedrooms and facilities for up to 200 delegates who are now looking for a Duty Manager to join their team.
The Duty Manager main duties include -
- Managing the full shift when on duty
- Assisting all departments of the hotel to a high standard
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved then maintained
- Being a first point of contact for all guest enquiries, queries and complaints

The ideal Duty Manager will -
- Be a hands on manager
- Have a good understanding of the F&B department
- Have a can do attitude
- Be able to work well in challenging situations
- Be a good multi-tasker

This is a full time, permanent Duty Manager position working 5 days a week which could include evenings and weekends. A salary of £22,000 per year is being offered and a live in accommodation option is available if necessary.
