This followed being awarded the World Class School mark in 2021. The role of Cover and Student Support Officer demands flexibility and initiative, as you will be required to lead the successful deployment of the Cover Supervisor team and supervise whole classes of students and ensure that set work is completed in the absence of the teacher.

What are we looking for?
- Educated to A-Level standard with GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or better, in English and Maths or equivalent working experience.
- Experience of leading groups or whole classes.
- Proficient use of technology, (PC, internet, MS Office packages) and understanding its use in supporting effective teaching and learning.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to prioritise workload, handle pressure and deadlines, without the need for supervision.
