**IT Support Technician - 2nd Line**
Top opportunity for an IT 2nd Line support professional to join a rapidly growing IT MSP with a great reputation for technical development and progression.
Based from vibrant, modern offices in the Northamptonshire countryside you will support a wide range of local businesses mainly on Connectivity/Telephony issues but chance to work on windows desktop/server aswell.
Providing excellent customer service and building on customer relationships you will attain certifications on the job attend training both with vendors and in house.

They should also be comfortable with internet router configuration, VOIP, Telephony, soft PBX admin and mobile device management tools. Ideally, they will be open to further formal learning to gain certifications across our product range and benefit from theassociated incentives.

**Main Duties**
Support request diagnosis and resolution of the below.
All issues affecting workstations, servers, networks, data storage etc
Network and router optimisation - soft PBX configuration and maintenance - wholesale portal admin; mobile device management config / admin.
Diagnosis and resolution of escalated and complex issues hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware trends adversely affecting service quality and mitigate as appropriate

**Qualifications**
IT Support minimum 3 years' experience - essential
Team-player with a professional, friendly, can-do attitude - essential
