**Site Manager - £30,000 - £34,000 per annum + Benefits - Arla, Aylesbury**

**The Role

**Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a Site Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Daily shift patterns and output.
- Inductions and permits.
- Employee training.
- Recruitment liaison and 1st point of contact.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Risk Assessment writing and updates.
- Asset management (Tooling and PPE).
- Relationship development with Arla Foods Aylesbury.
- Meet the contracted weekly KPI’s.
- Site administration: hours, overtime, leave requests, sickness, etc.
