We are looking for Day Care Assistants to join our expanding team at Eastridge Manor, our Nursing home in Bolney near Haywards Heath.
**Hours**: Full time and part time.
Due to the location of Eastridge Manor Nursing Home, it will be necessary to possess your own transport, as there are no public transport links nearby.
We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time.

**As a Care Assistant you will be**:

- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

**More about you**:

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

**Package**:

- £11.60 p/h Weekdays and £12.18 p/h Weekends. This will increase after probation is complete to £12.00 p/h Weekdays and £12.60 p/h Weekends.
