**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience for all patrons.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Must be 18 years of age due to the sale of alcohol.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and contributing to team success.
