**Job Summary**:
This Hub Coordinator role is to support the Hub Manager coordinate entrepreneurial support services offered in the hub community, ensure clients experience a seamless client journey. The role is a first point of contact for Hub community enquiries, membership registration and administration, coordinating Hub hot-desk and facility bookings. They will carry out contract data processing and administration. In conjunction with the Hub Manager, it is also responsible for the administration of the key performance indicators that supports the delivery Entrepreneurship Hub. The role liaises with the wider community to provide an effective admin function that attracts and engages with clients, stakeholders and managers as appropriate to support the delivery of the Hub.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To be a first point of contact for all client enquiries, undertaking initial diagnostic to accurately determine eligibility for support along with any additional client needs, referring and processing each enquiry accordingly.
2. Where appropriate register, provide information, signpost and/or make referrals to specialist partner organisations and intermediaries, documenting in accordance with procedures and within prescribed timescales.
3. Coordinate access of Hub facilities, e.g. hot-desking, and liaise with Facilities Management Team to resolve any issues.
4. Work with the Hub Manager to maintain client relationships with monitoring and supporting clients during the client journey at prescribed intervals. Review client’s progress and satisfaction ascertaining if any further support is Job Description & Person Specification required. Cross-refer to retain engagement with the service or signpost to external partners and initiatives.
**Experience**
Working in a support services team to undertake client enquiries and deliver an effective service to a high standard of customer service
Working under pressure to achieve hub targets and regional objectives
Working within an environment that requires accuracy, to be compliant to prescribed internal and external audited standards and procedure
