Sytner BMW/MINI Leicester is looking for a friendly, passionate and enthusiastic person to provide the best service to our customers with an aim to help make customers feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their BMW/MINI experience.

**About the role**

You will excite customers each day about the brand whilst promoting the benefits and unique selling points of BMW/MINI cars, accessories and vehicle ownership.You will also help proactively manage the experience of whoever visits our showroom so that eachcustomer and guest feels that they have had a uniquely personal and bespoke service.

During the 12 months of this comprehensive apprentice training programme, you will have the opportunity to learn and experience everything there is to know about the BMW/MINI product range and technology. Your role will be customer focused, creating inspirationand excitement, offering exceptional customer service and personalised care.

On completion of the course you will become a certified BMW/MINI Sales Executive, as well as obtaining an IMI Diploma Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner with an exceedingly bright future
