Office and Accounts Administrator

General administrative and organizatuonal duties.to include the following:
- Bookkeeping, and billing cycles for the business to include use of Xero and Quickbooks
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and using word processor
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Ordering materials and equipment as required for successful project implementation
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
- Carrying out other administrative tasks as required
- Co-ordinting shipping of materials to domestic and international clients
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
