We are looking for enthusiastic Part time or Full Time Bar Staff to deliver great customer care and service at our award winning family run country Hotel. Please note: Hours will include weekends.

Our 4 star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading hotels, set next to a beautiful woodland and stunning Pembrokeshire country side overlooking the Preselli Hills. The Hotel has won Romantic hotel of the year and Romantic Restaurant of the Year. The Restaurant has held 2 AA Rosettes since 2014.Our team are now looking for dedicated Bar Staff to join the team.

The Bar staff responsibilities include maintaining the bar revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation of our 2 indoor bars and 1 outdoor bar, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work under pressure. Ultimately, you will ensure our bars runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Able to learn to produce new drinks e.g Cocktails (training provided)
- Estimate future needs for goods
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
