Proactive communicator required to join a fast growing, fast paced business operating within the Rescue, Utilites & Training sectors.
Would suit someone with a background in recruitment with strong administrative skills
**Minimum Qualifications Required** **Maths / English**

**Main Purpose/Tasks of role**
To onboard new rescue technicians and associate trainers working alongside the onboarding team
To advertise vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
Conduct meet and greets in person or virtually
To ensure all relevant documentation is compiled, following the onboarding process
To liaise and work in conjunction with Finance departments and Operations team
To liaise and work in conjunction with the training team organising training for new recruits
Proactive approach
Recruiting rescue technicians, following the onboarding process until ready to hand over to the operations team
Adhere to company’s policies and procedures - make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies
To attend the required meetings
To have a flexible approach to meet the changing demands of the organisation
To handle all information with confidentiality and sensitivity, any breach will be handled through the appropriate methods, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required

**Role Specification**:
- Highly organized with experience in administration and planning

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
