Graduate Ecologist

**Role - Graduate, Assistant, Consultant Ecologist**

**Location - Cambridgeshire**

**Salary - £24K - £28K DOE**

We are looking for enthusiastic Ecologists at Graduate, Assistant and Consultant level for a multidisciplinary consultancy in Cambridgeshire. The company employs a friendly bunch of Ecologists, Urban Designers and Landscape Architects who work on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK.

**THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE**
- Supporting Senior Ecologists in the delivery of a wide range of projects
- Assisting with planning and resourcing of ecological surveys and species identification
- Contributing to providing sound ecological advice to clients within your areas of expertise
- Assisting with/producing meticulous and accurate reports for clients
- Assisting with/undertaking data requests, and reporting on data searches
- Assisting with/undertaking data entry and digital mapping

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Working towards a Protected Species Licence
- CIEEM Membership or eligible
- Good verbal communication skills
- Experience working as a Graduate, Assistant or Consultant Ecologist
- Excellent written English and good report writing ability
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- A full & clean UK driving licence is essential
